If you're thinking of doing business with KFI in Harrisville, PA. Buyer beware. Make sure they haven't double charged you. They're not known for their customer service either. If you call to see about an error on their part, they'll try and make sure that it's your fault.
If you're wanting to resell their products with drop-shipping...beware of being overcharged and double charged or getting orders wrong or stealing customers, they will.
They'll tell you they'll drop ship but they won't send it blind. They'll put their name on the return address and you will lose customers. Their response to this is they don't know how to ship blind. This is so much bull because other companies will gladly drop ship blind and thank you for your business. They also wont' send you tracking numbers unless you keep bugging them or get nasty. Their attitude is take your business elsewhere, we don't need you. They're really bad.
Bad customer service is one thing, stealing customers from their resellers is another. Add in overcharges, double charges and order mistakes....they're not a reputable company.
A file has been started on them with the Better Business Bureau, so if you've had trouble with them, let the BBB know. The more complaints, they'll investigate the company. www.pittsburgh.bbb.org

BAD COMPANY:
One of the worst companyies with bad customer service has to be NetSuite. I spen thousands of dolllars on their product and customer support. After speaking with the director there,"Michele", I could see how that company does so horibly in trying to resolve customer issues. She was rude, did not even listen to anything I had to say. We did not resolve anything. Do not spend money for this difficult product. Speaking to others who have used this product 4 out of the 7 had the same issues with this "director of support". They paid so much money for support and delt with an extremely rude lady , what kind of a company would allow someone like that, especially after so many people have had bad experiences with the same person.
